Research
My research focuses on late medieval and early modern literature, theatre, and visual culture, with particular interest in political rhetoric, law, memory, mythmaking, dragons, and political theology.
As a senior academic librarian, I also work with scholarly practices in the humanities, especially academic writing, information literacy, source use, and the role of artificial intelligence in learning and research.
A further part of my work concerns libraries as spaces for research, learning, democratic participation, freedom of expression, and public knowledge.
